CM Yogi Adityanath unveiled vibrant showcase of Greater Noida at Trade Fair

Greater Noida, 16 November, 2023- The World Trade Fair, underway at Pragati Maidan in Delhi, witnessed the participation of Greater Noida Authority, showcasing their stall in the Uttar Pradesh Pavilion. The inauguration of the UP Pavilion took place on Tuesday by Uttar Pradesh Chief Secretary Durga Shankar Mishra. UP Chief Secretary Mishra toured the stalls of Noida-Greater Noida and Yamuna Authorities, gaining insights into the displayed projects. The Greater Noida Authority’s stall featured a presentation by CEO Pulkit Khare on the various ongoing and upcoming projects in the region.

The projects highlighted at the stall included developments in industrial progress, investment status, Ganga water supply, Greater Noida’s green cover, Mobile and Electronic Hub, Data Centers, Smart LED Lights, and the Integrated Industrial Township by IITGNL. The stall incorporated screens providing information about achievements, infrastructure, and future plans. Speaking to the media during his visit, Chief Secretary Mishra emphasized the state’s focus on the ongoing International Trade Fair, highlighting the importance of Uttar Pradesh as a hub of economic activity with 96 lakh MSME units.

CEO Pulkit Khare also addressed queries, stating that investing in Uttar Pradesh has become more accessible, showcasing the state’s ease of doing business. In response to a question, Chief Secretary Mishra mentioned that on January 22, Ayodhya would witness the consecration of Lord Ram in his temple, projecting it as not only a significant event for Uttar Pradesh but also a boost for national tourism.

The delegation accompanying Chief Secretary Mishra included Pranjul Yadav, Secretary, MSME, Rajesh Kumar Singh, Commissioner, Industries and Director Udyog Bandhu, Greater Noida Authority OSD Soumya Srivastava, and District Magistrate of Gautam Buddh Nagar RK Singh, among other senior officials
