CS DS Mishra’s insightful visit to Yamuna Expressway Authority

Greater Noida, 15 December 2023 – DS Mishra, CS of UP Government, undertook a comprehensive tour of industrial sectors like Sector 28, 29, 32 and 33 in the Yamuna Expressway Authority area. The focal point of the visit was Sector 28, where the country’s largest medical device park is taking shape across a sprawling 350-acre expanse. During the on-site inspection, CS Mishra expressed satisfaction with the development progress in the Medical Device Park.

Notably, 74 companies have been allocated plots, and construction is underway for various facilities, including design and testing centers, electronic assembly units, administrative blocks, and more. He also gained insights into other ongoing projects, including the Apparel Park Cluster in Sector 32 and the development in Sector 33. A special visit to the Surya Global Company’s plant in Sector 32, where CS was welcomed at the plant by the directors of Priya Gold Group, namely Shekhar Aggarwal and was informed about firsthand knowledge of the products and machinery being manufactured. Following the on-site exploration, CS reconvened at the Yamuna Expressway Authority office to review ongoing developments.

In a presentation by CEO Dr. Arun Veer Singh, he received updates on Master Plan 2041, plans to connect Noida International Airport Jewar to Chola Railway Station, financial standings, and various schemes, including those for a Heritage City in Mathura and Logistics Park in Aligarh. Along with this, CS emphasized the need for housing provisions for workers alongside industrial development. The inspection involved high-ranking officials, including DM Manish Verma, ACEO Shruti, ACEO Kapil Singh, ACEO Vipin Jain, Special Executive Officer Shailendra Bhatia, Officer on Special Duty Shailendra Kumar Singh, AK Singh GM Project, Nandkishore Sundriyal Staff Officer, Rajendra Bhati DGM Project, Mehram Singh Officer on Special Duty along with officials of Yamuna Expressway Authority and developer agency were present.
