The Impressive TimesPalwal , 28 Feb , 2024- Palwal police has succeeded in bringing the crime graph reduced by 18 percent. Led by superintendent of police Dr. Anshu Singla informed that in comparison to the same period of last year 2023 the number of criminal cases has been reduced by 18% with a total number of 873 accused has been nabbed by the police in the year 2024 till now. Apart from arrest of these accused drugs amounting to crores, illegal liquor worth lacs of rupees, betting amount in lacs, haul of illegal arms and stolen vehicles have been recovered.
Addressing a press conference, media nodal officer of district Palwal police Dinesh Yadav informed the media that Superintendent of police Palwal Dr. Anshu Singla IPS has instructed the SHOs, police post in-charge and in-charges of various crime units that strict action is to be taken against accused involved in illegal acts. She said that every action needed for bringing these criminals to books need to be taken.
The leadership of Singla has proved effective in nabbing accused in all the categories of crime. This also includes the amount of penalty collected on traffic violations. Yadav said that there is a clear message from Palwal police, as said by SP Dr. Anshu Singla that the people from criminal background has to choose between two options: the first one that they should abandon crime while the second one is that they should leave the district Palwal. She has categorically put the option of ‘Leave crime of Leave Palwal’ before the criminals. Dr. Anshu said that there is no place for criminals in district Palwal. She has appealed the masses of district to call help line number 112 to report any information about any criminal or any suspicious activity.
