NEW DELHI , 24 September , 2024 :Chief Minister Atishi visited the historic Prachin Hanuman Mandir in Connaught Place on Tuesday for ‘Hanuman Darshan,’ offering prayers and seeking Lord Hanuman’s blessings for the well-being and prosperity of all.During this, the ‘Mahant’ (chief priest) of the temple applied a ‘tilak’ on the Delhi Chief Minister’s forehead and presented her with a flag. After this, she recited Hanuman Chalisa and offered holy water to the Shivling.After the ‘Hanuman Darshan’, Delhi CM Atishi shared a few snippets from the visit on her ‘X’ handle (erstwhile Twitter), stating, “Took blessings of Hanumanji at the Prachin Hanuman Mandir located at Connaught Place. In the last 2 years, many conspiracies were hatched against the AAP, the Delhi government, the people of Delhi and our leader Arvind Kejriwal. But Lord Hanuman protected us from every crisis.”

“This is my prayer to ‘Sankat Mochan’ that his blessings always remain on all of us. We keep working for the people of Delhi and after the upcoming elections, once again Arvind Kejriwal ji becomes the Chief Minister of Delhi,” her post concluded.After her visit, CM Atishi addressed the media and stated, “Lord Hanuman has been our ‘Sankat Mochan’. In the past two years, our enemies have launched every kind of attack on the Aam Aadmi Party, the Delhi government, and our leader, Arvind Kejriwal. They tried to break us, silence us, and stop us from working for the people of Delhi.””Lord Hanuman protected the Aam Aadmi Party in every crisis, protected Arvind Kejriwal, protected the Delhi government, and protected the people of Delhi,” affirmed the Delhi Chief Minister.”Today, I prayed to Lord Hanuman that just as his blessings have always been with us, they continue to be so.
