DG Police southern range Rewari paid a surprise visit in district Palwal to inspect 109 drug related cases

Palwal, 29 March 2024: Official spokesperson office of superintendent of police Palwal informed that on Thursday DGP south range Rewari Rajendra Kumar IPS reached the women police station Palwal to inspect the status of 109 drug related cases. Superintendent of police Dr. Anshu Singla welcome the DGP. DGP Rajendra Kumar inspected the 109 cases related to drugs and found all the cases correct.

It was informed that these cases of drugs included matters related to hemp, sulpha, smack, Doda post, Opium and a large quantity of cough syrup.

The IG got the weight of these drugs checked by her using the electronic weighing machine. After finding the details provided by the Palwal police accurate, she appreciated the way the Palwal police has recovered these huge quantity of drugs. The district police of Palwal have destroyed drugs to the tune of crores of rupees, in the presence of senior police officials at the company located at sector 37 Gurugram.
IG Rajendra Kumar also had a meeting with the police and administration officials. This included SP Dr. Anshu Singla, Deputy Commissioner Neha Singh and officials from different departments.
Present during the inspection by the IG included SP Dr. Anshu Singla, Naresh Kumar DSP head quarter Palwal, Narendra Khatana DSP Palwal and other officials.
