CM Sai inaugurates the Samarsata Bhawan and the Rauniyar Cultural Hall at Tapkara

Women will soon receive the first installment of the Mahatari Vandana Yojana in Chhattisgarh

Raipur, 02 March 2024– Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai inaugurated the Samarsata Bhawan, constructed at a cost of Rs 20 lakh from the MLA’s fund, and the Rauniyar Cultural Hall, constructed at a cost of Rs 5 lakh from the MP’s fund, at Tapkara, Jashpur on Saturday. The people warmly welcomed the Chief Minister by weighing him with the laddus. He also addressed the massive public gathering at the venue.

While addressing the program, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai expressed gratitude towards the people for their warm welcome and announced a fund of Rs 50 lakhs for the construction of Mangal Bhawan, along with Rs 20 lakhs for the Samajik Bhawan of the Sonkar community at Tapkara. He also announced the levelling and beautification of Tapkara High School ground. Additionally, he announced the establishment of a gym and the installation of solar lights on the school premises.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai stated, “Immediately after taking the oath on December 13, our government decided in the first cabinet meeting on December 14 to construct houses for 18 lakh poor families under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in the state. On the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister and Bharat Ratna late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, the state government disbursed an amount of Rs 3716 crore for two years of pending paddy bonus to more than 12 lakh farmers of the state. We have handed over the investigation of irregularities in the PSC to the CBI, and strict action would be taken against the culprits”. Chief Minister Shri Sai shared that he has requested the Prime Minister to attend the program organised for Mahtari Vandan Yojana and transfer the first instalment of Rs 1,000 into the bank accounts of mothers and sisters on March 7 and 8.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, while providing information about the Shri Ramlalla Darshan Yojana initiated by the state government, stated that free arrangements have been made for the people of Chhattisgarh to have the darshan of Lord Ramlalla. With the upcoming tendupatta season, the state government has decided to procure tendupatta at Rs. 5,500 per standard beg. The Chhattisgarh Government will also reintroduce the Charan Paduka scheme for tendupatta collectors.
