Cricket fever grips the city with the start of Asian Corporate Cricket League

24 teams taking part in the league

Faridabad, 24 December  2023– The fifth series of Asian Corporate League, organised by Asian Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS) started on Wednesday at Faridabad. Chairman and Managing Director AIMS Dr. N.K. Pandey inaugurated the event. Present on the occasion was Administration director Anupam Pandey, Medical Director Dr. Prashant Pandey, Director International Marketing Neha Pandey, Director Patient Care Smriti Pandey, Director Dr. Prabhsharan Ahuja, Regional Director Hilal Ahmad, Group Marketing head Shailesh Kumar Jha, managers and captains of the teams playing in the league along with the players of the team.

Dr. N.K. Pandey informed that all the matches of the league would be played at Lords cricket ground sector 76 Faridabad. All the 24 teams participating in the tournament are divided in six groups comprising 4 teams in each group. The matches will start from 23rd December. The participating teams include NHPC, Asian Hospital, Indian Oil, Ace, Hero Motocorp, Imperial Auto, Ben & Gaws, Tripple A Pharma, Accord Hospital, Paras Hospital, HDFC Bank, Honda Motors, Imperial Warriors, Fusion Fresenius, Max Hospital and others. Man of the series would be winning a TVS Bike while Best Batsman as well as the best bowler would be getting a 32” Samsung HD Television. All the matches would be played on Saturday and Sunday only and there would be two matches played on every playing day. Final match of the tournament would be played on 10th March.
